If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please submit a return request through our contact form or email tanya@tastepreserved.com so we can make it right.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Refunds & Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund or exchange request. If a new product is requested, it will be shipped within 48 hours of approval. If a refund is requested & approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
